Seahawks' Richard Sherman defends his rant on Twitter

You've probably heard by now, Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman had an epic postgame interview with Erin Andrews on Sunday night. He declared himself the best cornerback in the league and trashed 49ers receiver Michael Crabtree.

Sherman: "Well, I'm the best corner in the game! When you try me with a sorry receiver like Crabtree, that's the result you gonna get! Don't you EVER talk about me."

Andrews: Who was talking about you?

Sherman: "Crabtree. Don't you open your mouth about the best. Or I'm gonna shut it for you real quick. L-O-B."

A couple hours later, Sherman defended his rant on Twitter saying, "@RSherman_25: A lion doesn't concern himself with the opinions of a sheep."

He later added, "@RSherman_25: There was a lot of talk before the game… now I'm the bad guy lol… well if you judge my character on the field…. So many glass houses."
