A federal lawsuit filed by the attorney who represents Larry Flynt and the Hustler empire is getting the attention of Kenton County, Kentucky lawyers and commissioners. Lou Sirkin filed the freedom of speech suit on behalf of four Kenton County strip clubs. The filing claims the county's new sexually oriented business laws should be outlawed. He's specifically referring to the part where dancers are not allowed to have conversations or drinks with their clients after a performance. Sirkin says they should be able to discuss current events or go over a critique of the show. Kenton County Commissioners say they don't buy it. Commissioner Adam Koenig tells FOX 19 they spent thousands of dollars on a consultant who crafted their law so that it would withstand legal tests.
