(FOX19) - The driver of a semi-truck was taken to the hospital with minor injuries after his vehicle rolled onto its side Tuesday morning on the ramp from I-275 to I-74.
It happened just after 9 a.m. on the ramp from northbound I-275 to westbound I-74. Authorities said the truck rolled while driving along the sharp curve in the ramp.
The driver was trapped and had to be extricated by responding emergency crews. Authorities said he was taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center with minor injuries.
His dog, who was riding in the semi-truck at the time, was taken to a vet for observation.
The ramp was shut down for several hours but reopened just before 1 p.m.
