Ohio service for 2nd firefighter killed in blaze

TOLEDO, Ohio (AP) - An Ohio community in mourning is holding funeral services for the second of two firefighters killed in an apartment building fire allegedly set by the owner.

The funeral for 42-year-old Toledo firefighter Stephen Machcinski was being held Saturday in the city.

The funeral for 31-year-old rookie firefighter James Dickman was held Friday in Sandusky.

Investigators charged 61-year-old Ray Abou-Arab with two counts each of aggravated murder and arson.

He was arrested Friday and was held at the Lucas County jail to await a court hearing Monday. No attorney was listed for him in the court docket Saturday.

Authorities said Abou-Arab used a flammable liquid to start the fire last Sunday.
