CLERMONT COUNTY, OH (FOX19) - The Ohio State Highway Patrol has identified two women killed on Monday morning in a single-vehicle accident in Clermont County.
The accident happened just before 9 a.m. Tuesday morning on State Route 133 in Williamsburg Township.
Officers say that 18-year-old Crystal Rump of Williamsburg, Ohio was traveling southbound on the road when she lost control in a curve. Police say her vehicle slid off the right side of the roadway and struck a tree. Rump was pronounced dead at the scene.
A passenger, identified as 42-year old Cindy Rump, was also pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities say that alcohol and drug impairment do not appear to be factors in the crash. Officers say that neither victim was wearing a seatbelt.
The crash remains under investigation.
