Virginia State Police made another arrest Sunday in connection with the death and disappearance of a Waynesboro police captain, Kevin Quick.

Anthony White, 22, was arrested in Louisa County early Sunday morning without incident. He's charged with one count of felony gang participation.

Meanwhile, three other suspects charged in connection with Quick's death will appear in court Monday via video conference. Anthony Stokes Jr., Leslie Casterlow, and Halisi Uhuru, also known as "Girt Wright", are due before a Goochland judge at 12:30 p.m.

Quick's body was found last week in Goochland County. Two others are facing charges stemming related to Quick's SUV, which was discovered in Louisa on Monday.
