Bunbury creates national buzz, to hold multi-city lineup launch events

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - The Bunbury Music Festival is gaining national attention as organizers plan to unveil the festival's full lineup on February 21.

Bunbury Music Festival returns to Cincinnati's Sawyer Point and Yeatman's Cove on July 11-13. The three-day event transforms the banks of the Ohio River into a unique music and festival experience like no other.

The festival is becoming known nationwide. Numerous cities are anxiously anticipating the release of 2014's lineup. As a result, Bunbury organizers are planning lineup-launch events outside of Cincinnati.

In addition to Cincinnati - Lexington, Indianapolis and Columbus are organizing events to celebrate the release of this year's lineup.

Bunbury has already announced that Fall Out Boy, Paramore and New Politics will be a part of this year's lineup. All three bands will play on Saturday, July 11.

The complete lineup, including two more headliners, will be announced February 21.

Launch events will be held at the following locations:

  • Lexington's launch event will be held at Tadoo Lounge at 7 p.m. Feature bands at the event include Big Fresh and Fanged Robot.
  • Columbus's launch will be held at 4th Street bar and Grill at 10 p.m. Feature bands include Local Love Thursday and CD 102.5.
  • Indianapolis will host their launch party at Do317 Lounge at 8 p.m. The Bonesetters and the Easthills will perform.
  • Cincinnati will hold a local launch party at Southgate House Sanctuary Room at 8 p.m. The Ready Stance, Heavy Hinges and a third act will perform.

Admission to all events will be free. Attendees can enter to win a pair of three-day passes to the 2014 festival.

Ticket prices for the Bunbury Music Festival will increase after midnight on February 21.
