(FOX19) - Bill Sands' recipe for Dark Chocolate Oil Fondue with Super Fruits:
- 6oz bittersweet chocolate (70%)
- 2oz extra virgin olive oil
- Fresh fruit (super fruits such as raspberries, cranberries, blueberries, pomegranate)
- Melt chocolate using a double boiler or microwave (10 second short bursts) until melted. Transfer to serving bowl.
- Set out platter of fresh fruit and swirl olive oil into melted chocolate.
