How's the salt in your community? Check this list

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

This winter has been harsh on the salt supplies of some Tri-State communities.

Here is a sampling of what FOX19 found on Friday:

Cities, villages, townships

Amelia: good enough for two major events

Batavia: ample supply for rest of year

Covington: doing good

Dayton, Ky. : fairly well

Delhi: not too terrible, slow salt deliveries

Edgewood: not looking good

Florence: full stock

Green Township: fine

Madeira: OK, salting hills, intersections and curves; delivery this week never arrived

Mariemont: good

Montgomery: holding up enough for Friday night

Mount Healthy: good for tonight, hinted at doubts for the future

Newport:  will be OK, borrowed a lot from around but will last tonight

Reading: good enough, mixing and plowing

Riverside: OK, it will work out

Sharonville: minimal salt, cautious, handle main streets, more coming next week

Woodlawn: pretty good

Counties

Boone: could not reach

Brown: good

Butler: should be fine

Campbell: could not reach

Clermont: really low, trucks loaded but looking scary

Dearborn: could not reach

Hamilton: will be OK, holding tight

Kenton: low, mixing

Warren: OK for now, no overabundance, mixing
