Car bursts into flames in drive-thru

JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

A trip to a fast food restaurant could have turned deadly Sunday morning.

Around 2 a.m. a customer pulled up to the Rally's drive thru in Jackson to place her order when the car began smoking.

The woman and her children got out of the car before the car completely burst into flames.

Jackson fire department officials were on the scene to tackle the blaze.

No injuries have been reported at this time.
