CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

Named "the best play of the season" by Time Magazine, "4000" Miles is an exploration of growing up, growing old and discovering the moments in-between says Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park.

The show play is being performed now through March 9 at the Playhouse, 962 Mount Adams Circle.

Here's a summary from the Playhouse:

"It's the middle of the night when 21-year-old Leo shows up dazed and disheveled at his feisty 91-year-old grandmother's Greenwich Village apartment.

While his arrival marks the end of a life-changing cross-country bike trip, Leo's journey is far from over. These unlikely roommates infuriate, bewilder and ultimately connect as they find their way in the world."

The playhouse advises that "4000 Miles" is recommended for adult and older teenage audiences. It does contain adult themes and strong adult language.

The show is approximately 2 hours and 5 minutes in duration, including one intermission.
