(FOX19) - Incline Public House stopped by FOX19 to share their recipe for Roasted Root Vegetables:
- Beets: 4oz
- Parsnips: 4oz
- Butternut squash: 4oz
- Garlic (minced): 3 cloves
- Olive oil: 3T
- Seasoning: 2T
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Cut veggies to a small dice, mince garlic and place all in mixing bowl.
- Add oil and seasoning, mix until all veggies are coated well.
- Place on baking pan and roast until tender (tossing occasionally).
