CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Congratulations to the Cincinnati Zoo!
Sarrai, the zoo's Bactrian camel, delivered her calf on Tuesday afternoon around 4 p.m.
The new calf will have an older brother. Sarrai last gave birth to her first calf, a boy, on April 23, 2012.
The Cincinnati Zoo has not released the sex of their newborn yet. The Zoo states that more photos and videos will be released on Wednesday.
According to the Zoo's website, the Bactrian camel is a desert camel and can survive without drinking water for up to ten months.
