A clear cold start is ahead for Thursday, but temperatures will rebound from a low of 12 degrees in to the mid and upper teens for this morning's commute.  Meteorologist Frank Marzullo will have your entire forecast this morning. Here's what else to expect on the FOX19 Morning News.
