Trash dumping becomes major issue for Cincinnati neighborhoods. Residents in one neighborhood say it's been a problem for three years now and it's only getting worse.

House panel says no kids allowed in tanning beds. Kentucky has passed the measure, saying anyone under 18 shouldn't be allowed to use a tanning bed.
