'GIRLS' creator Lena Dunham to collaborate with Archie Comics

(FOX19) - Archie Comics has recently released that they will be collaborating with GIRLS creator, Lena Dunham.

Dunham has already gained major attention for her HBO hit, GIRLS. The show stars Dunham, Allison Williams, Jemima Kirke and Zosia Mamet on life as early 20-somethings.

Dunham studied her craft at Oberlin College in Ohio, where she earned a degree in creative writing.

The Archie Comics line of comic books is one of the most successful, longest running brands in the history of the comic industry.

Dunham will write a 4-part story for the comic. It's set for release next year.
