Police: Downtown Key Bank robbed

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Cincinnati Police are investigating robbery Tuesday morning at a Key Bank branch on East Fourth Street, Downtown.

Police, who were dispatched at 9:57 a.m., said a subject entered the bank and passed a note to a teller demanding cash. Officers arrived within minutes of the alarm but the suspect had already fled the bank through the front door and was last seen running westbound on Fourth Street. An undetermined amount of currency was taken.

The suspect was described as white male between the ages of 30 to 35, approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall, approximately 180 pounds with an unshaven face and hazel eyes.

The man was wearing blue jeans, an orange and brown Cleveland Browns knit hat, a black University of Cincinnati hooded jacket with red lining and a blue sweater underneath. He carried a khaki and green satchel with a long shoulder strap.
