Self Diploma hosting auditions for 2014 summer concert series

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

Fountain Square will once again be a go-to destination for music this summer as entertainment company Self Diploma brings back the Summer Concert Series and you can be one of the performers.

The live music event takes place every Saturday night from May 31st - August 30 and brings anywhere from 2,000 to 6,000 people downtown each week.

Self Diploma is holding open auditions for the event 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. March 8-9 at the Millennium Hotel on 150 W. 5th Street. 

To audition: 

  • Prepare a 2 minute performance: Acoustic or acapella for the panel/judges.
  • If you are a DJ or electronic producer: Provide 2 original or remixed tracks.
  • Turntable and speakers will be on site for the DJ auditions.
  • Performance on Fountain Square must be family friendly.
