Lauren Abel's recipe for Banana Split Chia Seed Breakfast Smoothie:

Ingredients, serves 2:

¾ cup fat free half and half, skim milk, almond milk or whatever you like

1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries

1 half fresh or frozen banana

1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tablespoon of chia seeds

Directions:

Pour half and half or milk into blender

Add the rest of the ingredients

Blend until smooth
