LEBANON, OH (FOX19) -

A Warren County judge has set the trial dates for two teenagers who are facing the death penalty and are accused of killing a Wayne Township teen in January, Warren County Prosecutor David Fornshell announced Wednesday.

Austin Myers, 19, will stand trial on Sept. 22. Authorities say Myers was homeless.

Timothy Mosley, 19, of Dayton, will have his trial starting Nov. 5.

A Warren County grand jury indicted Myers and Mosley each on nine counts, including aggravated murder and kidnapping.

Authorities say that Myers and Mosley admitted to creating an elaborate plan to kill 18-year-old Justin Back.

Back was planning to leave for the Navy in about a week when he died. He graduated from Waynesville High School last year.
