CARTHAGE, OH (FOX19) - A man is charged with aggravated arson after police say he intentionally poured gasoline on a man and set him on fire.
Donnell Goodbread, 34, appeared before a judge on Thursday afternoon.
Witnesses say that the alleged incident happened on Saturday at the victim's house in Carthage.
Officers arriving on the scene say they found the victim with burns on his side and the smell of gasoline on his clothes.
Goodbread's bond has been set at $500 thousand.
