Authorities have identified the elderly couple killed in a house fire Friday morning in Cold Spring, Ky.

Emergency crews received reports of a fire with people trapped at a home in the 2300 block of Uhl Road around 8:45 a.m. Upon arrival, firefighters learned two elderly residents, both said to be relatively immobile, were unaccounted for.

After conducting a search, the Fire Chief confirmed the couple did not make it out.

The victims have been identified as Sandra and Robert Duve. Officers say both suspects were in their 60s. Officials say the couple was found on the second floor of the home.

The couple's grandson, described to be between the age of 18 and 20, was in the house at the time of the fire. He reportedly escaped by jumping out of a window onto the porch.

Extra companies were called to the scene to contain the fire, which caused heavy damage to the home.

The cause of fire was not immediately available. Authorities say they do not suspect foul play.
