Man shot 12 times outside VIP Lounge in Avondale

A suspect is on the loose this morning after shooting a man 12 times outside the VIP Lounge in Avondale.

Police say the victim was found near Reading Road and Union Street intersection around 2:30 a.m. this morning.

Investigators say the victim is in stable condition at UC Medical Center.

According to police, the incident started as a domestic dispute between a man and a woman.
