Families of Norwood victims to distribute flyers

NORWOOD, OH (FOX19) - The families of Porshia Brooks and Aron Martin will gather at 5 p.m. Tuesday at the parking lot of 4805 Montgomery Road near White Castle.

The homicide of Brooks and the shooting of her boyfriend Martin remains unsolved and the families will be distributing flyers in the area of the crime, Norwood Police said.

The family will be accompanied by Norwood Citizens of Patrol.

Brooks, 20, was shot last November in the 5200 block of Carthage Avenue. She later died from her injuries.

Norwood investigators have said they believe the motive behind Brooks' death was robbery.
