The Warren County Sheriff's Office will have extra deputies patrolling roads starting Friday through Tuesday evening targeting intoxicated drivers during the St. Patrick's Day weekend.
The sheriff's office received a state grant this year that will be spent on a number of holiday blitz efforts to reduce traffic fatalities, it said.
For St. Patrick's Day, the sheriff's office will have 100 hours of additional enforcement patrols on the roads.
