Two Dillsboro, Ind. parents are facing child endangerment charges after overdosing on heroin in a McDonald's play area on Sunday, authorities say.
Court documents show that Robert Palmer and Tamica Jeffers had their two children, ages 5 and 8 with them when the couple passed out and required medical attention.
Palmer, 37, and Jeffers, 33, admitted to using heroin, according to court documents.
The McDonald's where the alleged incident happened is located at 5425 North Bend Road.
