CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - After receiving employee complaints, a study of the work environment at the City of Cincinnati's Department of Public Services was conducted.
The study determined allegations of a hostile work environment were true.
Some employees described the environment as "slavery" or "prison." Other workers complained of mistrust, fear of retaliation and sabotage.
In a memo, the interim city manager vowed to correct the problems, with strategy meetings to begin this week.
