COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - It's been a week since that oil spill at the Glen Oak Nature Preserve in Colerain Township but there's still plenty of work to do.
FOX19's Kelly Rippin reported live in Colerain with further details.
Rippin tells FOX19 says that hundreds of workers are still working around the clock.
So far, they have pulled more 30,000 gallons of an oil and water mixture from the site. The area spans close to a mile and half.
Rippin says the crews are testing the water daily but there is concern about the animal life in and around the East Miami River.
FOX19 will update this story as crews continue to clean up the spill.
