SEDAMSVILLE, OH (FOX19) - Authorities on Saturday, March 29 were called to Sedamsville after part of a house collapsed.
The house, located in the 2400 block of River Road, is vacant, but neighbors said it is occasionally inhabited by vagrants. No one was inside at the time of the collapse.
Adjacent homes were evacuated as a safety precaution in the case that more of the structure falls. The Red Cross was brought in to assist the ten displaced neighbors.
A week after the collapse, crews were preparing to demolish the home. Authorities say that neighbors can move back in to their homes once the house is down.
