CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Doors are open today at an embattled Banks restaurant facing eviction.

Landlords gave Mahogany's at the Banks through noon Tuesday to make a $25,000 payment or move out by noon Wednesday.

A FOX19 crew stopped by this week. Employees tell us they believe that owner Liz Rogers has met all deadlines and  plans to remain open.

Rogers blamed the harsh winter for the restaurant's financial struggles, telling FOX19 that things would turn around once the Reds' season started.
