Law enforcement officers in Sumter County are looking for four people and arrested 15 in a year-long heroin investigation.
Officers with the Sumter Police Department, Sumter County Sheriff's Office and DEA have been working on the case since April 2013. They arrested 15 people in the sting, along with the help of the Orangeburg Police Department, state Probation, Parole and Pardon Services, Immigration Services, and Department of Homeland Security.
Officers seized cocaine, crack cocaine, heroin, marijuana and $9,877 in cash.

The suspects' mugshots are attached to this story. Charges range from drug and drug trafficking violations to gun-related violations.

Investigators say heroin use has been on the rise locally and nationally.
Everyone who was arrested in Sumter County was taken to the Sumter-Lee Regional Detention Center.
