The Tennessee Titans decided to part ways with Chris Johnson. The six year running back is coming off his sixth season over 1,000 yards and has only missed one game in his career.
The Titans were scheduled to pay out $8 million dollars this year to Johnson. Johnson seems to be a cap casualty which led to his release which ultimately saved the Titans. Although he has been more than consistent for the organization he had a career low 3.9 yards a carry.
