Seafood lovers invited to indulge in Cincinnati's annual Oyster Festival

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Cincinnatians are invited to break out of their normal weekend routine and indulge in the 28th Annual Oyster Festival at the Washington Platform Saloon & Restaurant!

The festival kicked off on March 28 and lasts until May 3. The hours are as follows:

  • Monday – Thursday: 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
  • Friday – Saturday: 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • Sunday dinner: 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Guests can enjoy an extensive fresh oyster menu prepared by the award-winning chef and owner, Jon Diebold.  Some of the menu items include:

  • Smoked Oyster Salad
  • Fried Oyster Tacos
  • Oyster Stuffed Jalapenos
  • Nantucket Oysters
  • Oysters Mardi Gras

Lunch and dinner specials are offered daily throughout the festival. After 5:00 p.m. Monday – Thursday, Guests can sample three dishes from the popular "Oyster Munchies" menu for only $28.00.
