Franklin gas station robbery caught on camera, police seek suspects

FRANKLIN, OH (FOX19) - Franklin police are searching for two suspects caught on camera stuffing cigarette cartons in garbage bags.

Officers say that the Marathon Gas Station, located in the 6900 block of Franklin Lebanon Road, was broken in to just after 3 a.m. Tuesday.

Two suspects entered the store dressed in black or dark grey work pants and jackets with hoods. Police say that the suspects appeared to be wearing work boots, white gloves and masks.

Video depicts the suspects heading behind the counter and stuffing cartons of cigarettes into black garbage bags.

The suspects fled though a broken door and left the scene in a small white vehicle.
