FOX19 has learned that Mahogany's at the Banks owner Liz Rogers is now current on her rent.

Rogers' attorney on Friday said the restaurant has made its final catch-up rent payment and is now up-to-date on rent through the end of the month.

The payment was made at 10 a.m.

She also says with the start of baseball season, business is much-improved for Mahogany's, and other restaurants at The Banks.

Back in February, the FOX19 Investigates Team learned that Mahogany's was behind on its rent by more than $50,000.
