Warren County to honor fallen officers

LEBANON, OH (FOX19) -

Seven law Warren County enforcement officers who gave their lives in the line of duty will be honored May 15.

The Warren County Police Chiefs Association's Warren County Annual Police Memorial Service is 11 a.m. at the memorial near the Warren County Sheriff's Office at 550 Justice Drive, Lebanon.

Those who will be remembered are Franklin Police Officer George Basore, Warren County Sheriff W.E. Graham, Warren County Sheriff's Deputy Homer Burlile, Mason Police Chief James Elder Springboro Police Officer William Johnson, Morrow Police Officer Jeffrey Phegley and Warren County Sheriff's Sgt. Brian Dulle.

In addition those who have fallen in the line of duty, a moment of silence will be dedicated to all deceased county law enforcement officers.

The public is welcomed to attend.

After the ceremony, a procession will start at the memorial and conclude at Heritage Church, 2234 Utica Road, Lebanon.

Once the procession is complete, all surviving members of fallen officers, elected officials and all active law enforcement officers are invited to remain at the church to attend the FOP Memorial Luncheon provided by the Warren County Sheriff's Office and the Warren County Prosecutor's Office.
