Police: Man exposed himself to passing cars on Eighth Street Viaduct

WEST END, OH (FOX19) -

Cincinnati Police arrested a West End man early Tuesday after authorities said he exposed himself to passing cars on the Eighth Street Viaduct.

Tyre A. Huffman, 35, was charged with one count of public indecency, a fourth degree misdemeanor.

Police saw Huffman exposing himself and masturbating, according to an arrest report. 

The incident happened at 12:10 a.m. in the 1300 block of West Eighth St.
