CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Hollywood production crews continue to take over downtown Cincinnati for the filming of "Carol."
Award winning actresses Rooney Mara and Cate Blanchett were filming 7 to 11 a.m. Wednesday on McFarland Street between Elm Street and Central Parkway.
The movie, set in 1950s New York City, follows a young store clerk who falls for an older, married woman.
Parking restrictions will be enforced during filming because movie crews don't want modern cars to drive in their 1950s inspired set.
Productions crews have shot the film all over Tri-State including, Eden Park, Cheviot, downtown Cincinnati, and Kentucky.
