(FOX19) - There's a massive new development in the works and it's not far from the Cincinnati Premium Outlets.
The Warren County Planning Commission announced that a "mini city" could pop up in Turtlecreek Township within the next couple of years.
Union Village as it's called would be located on 1,400 acres just south of Lebanon near the new Miami Valley Gaming Racino. The project is expected to include housing, retail, a community college and possibly even a zoo facility.
200 acres have already been developed and we're told it could be three years before any dirt is turned. The total vision could take up to 25 years to complete.
FOX19's Dan Wells is live there this morning with a closer look. Tune in for the latest.
