Primary election results for Ohio and Indiana:
Ohio Governor Democratic
Democratic candidate Ed FitzGerald of Cuyahoga County easily won Tuesday's primary over Larry Ealy with 83 percent of the vote. He'll face incumbent John Kasich in November.
Ohio Congress 8th District
House Speaker Rep. John Boehner won the Republican primary (69 percent) against two Tea Party challengers for the 8th District. His nearest competitor, J.D. Winteregg, with just 22 percent.
Ohio State Rep. 54th District GOP
Currently standing accused in the midst of court hearings, Peter Beck lost the run for Ohio State Representative of the 54th District GOP. State Rep. Beck was up for re-election while facing 69 felony indictments. Paul Zeltwanger took the win with 52 percent of the votes, followed by MaryJo Kubicki with 40 percent. Beck fell far behind with only 8 percent of the votes.
Between schools and Fire/EMS levies, there were more than 15 measures on the ballot in Hamilton, Butler and Clermont counties. Voters passed levies for Fire and EMS in Milford, Washington Township, Bethel, Goshen Township, Lynchburg, Marshall, Penn Township and Delhi Township.
School levies that passed: Loveland City Schools, Fairfield City Schools, Middletown City Schools, Franklin City Schools and East Clinton Schools.
