Authorities are blaming alcohol for a fatal crash in southwest Ohio that went undiscovered for six hours. The Butler County Coroner says 18-year-old Steven Philpot had a blood-alcohol that was nearly three times the legal limit for drivers over 21 years old. Philpot was killed and 18-year-old Danielle Combs was seriously injured when their car went off a road and crashed into a ravine early Monday morning. The car landed on its side, wedged between two trees. A passerby heard Combs' cries for help six hours later and called police. Combs is in serious condition at University Hospital in Cincinnati.
