A bond of $1 million has been set for a 22-year-old man charged in a double homicide last Sunday in Mount Airy.

The shooting was reported around 2 a.m. Sunday in the 2000 block of West North Bend Road. Upon arrival, officers found two victims, 24-year-old Beyoncia Willis and 31-year-old Keelin Broach, dead inside the apartment.

On Friday, Cincinnati Police arrested 22-year-old Baron Brand. Brand has been charged with the aggravated murder deaths of Willis and Broach. His bond is $500,000 for each victim and an additional $50,000 for drug and weapon charges.

Authorities say that a third victim suffered a gunshot wound in the incident and was expected to recover. Police have not specified if Brand will be charged in the third shooting.

Anyone with information on the investigation is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 352-3040.
