DAYTON, Ohio (AP) - Authorities say a 7-month-old boy attacked and killed by a dog in southwestern Ohio was from Indiana. The Montgomery County coroner's office in Ohio said Monday that autopsy results showed Jonathon Quarles Jr., of Indianapolis, died of multiple injuries from the attack. Police say the baby's step-grandmother was watching him for the day in Dayton when her dog attacked and killed him yesterday afternoon.

LOGAN, Ohio (AP) - Authorities in southern Ohio say a suspect accused of his shooting his ex-wife and killing a man she was with has shot himself and is hospitalized. Hocking County Sheriff Lanny North says officers found suspect Michael Napoli at a hotel in Jeffersonville this morning. He says Napoli shot himself in a standoff with authorities and was taken to a Dayton hospital with life-threatening injuries.

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio (AP) - A popular suburban Cleveland restaurant will reopen this week with a limited menu after the slaying of its owner. The Northeast Ohio Media Group reports Brennan's Colony will reopen tomorrow for drinks only, but customers can bring in food from area restaurants. The tavern's kitchen is expected to reopen Friday with a limited menu.

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - Ohio gas prices are up slightly to start the work week but remain below the national average. The average price for a gallon of regular gas was $3.49 in today's survey from auto club AAA, the Oil Price Information Service and WEX Inc. That's 2 cents more than a week ago - and 28 cents lower than a month ago in Ohio.
