While you were sleeping, the Internet never stopped. And it's amazing what the Internet comes up with.

Check out what people are tweeting, sharing and talking about.

#YesAllWomen: Attack puts spotlight on gender violence

After the deadly Santa Barbara, Calif. rampage by a young man who used YouTube to announce his plans to kill, social media responded with the hashtag #yesallwomen.

In a nearly seven-minute YouTube rant, Elliot Rodger, 22, said he would have "revenge" for being ignored by women. Police said he ultimately killed six people and wounded 13 before his own death Friday night near UC Santa Barbara.

In response, a conversation has started on Twitter where women have been encouraged to share their stories of fear and violence with the #yesallwomen hashtag.

Stories posted by both men and women have highlighted issues around sexual harassment, abuse and everyday sexism in a culture where women "are taught to talk to their cars with their keys between their knuckles."

"Because I wore a fake wedding ring when I waitressed. "Belonging" to another man was the only way to get customers to back off. #YesAllWomen," one Twitter user wrote.

Another posted, "Because I'm so used to being cat called, honked at, harassed by passers by that it's "normal" & "expected". WHAT. #YesAllWomen"

VIDEO: Drone takes dog for a walk

Ever wished you had a drone to walk your dog? Me either.

However, Jeff Myers has created just the thing.

In the Vimeo clip titled "Walking Dogs with Drones," his golden retriever is seen attached to the leash -- which is attached to the drone.

The dog seems unfazed as the drone casually walks it through the neighborhood. At home, Myers is able to track the dog's position using a map on his computer.
