Pedestrian hit by vehicle in Blue Ash

BLUE ASH, OH (FOX19) - A pedestrian was taken to the hospital Friday morning after being hit by a vehicle in Blue Ash, authorities said.

It was reported at about 6:45 a.m. near the intersection of Plainfield and Hunt roads. Police reports say Antonia Dodds, 24, got off a Metro Bus and proceeded to cross the intersection when she was hit by a vehicle driven by Larry McRoberts, 29. 

McRoberts vehicle came to a final stop over the crosswalk and the impact damaged his bumper, headlight and hood, according to responding officers. Witnesses told police Dodds had the signal to cross.

She was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. McRoberts was cited for the incident.
