What to expect Tuesday morning on FOX19

Good morning and happy Tuesday!

Expect another muggy day with highs in the low 80s. FOX19's Frank Marzullo will tell us when to expect the next round of thunderstorms.

Two very different groups will be pushing their agendas in front of Boone County schools today. FOX19's Miranda Del Pozo is live all morning to explain.

Two people were treated for smoke inhalation Monday after the Flight of Fear ride at Kings Island experienced an electrical malfunction and started smoking. Tune in to find out if the ride will ever reopen.

Police say two 12-year-old girls lured a friend into the woods and stabbed her more than a dozen times. FOX19's Jacki Jing and Rob Williams have the full story and the latest on the victim's condition.

Kentucky is known for its tobacco but lawmakers are looking to cash in on a new bumper crop. FOX19's Dan Wells is live in Boone County with the details.

    A fallen hero and his mother were recognized on Sunday on Gold Star Mother's Day. It's a national day to honor those who have lost a child who served in the United States military. About 200 runners hit the pavement in Union, Kentucky for the third 5K run held in honor of Specialist Zachary Salmon and his mother, Renee Cross. Salmon was killed in action in Afghanistan in 2011 when he was 21-years-old. The money raised will go towards the Union Adopt-A-Unit Pro...Full Story >
