LUDLOW, KY (FOX19) -

Police are seeking the public's help in identifying a man they say is connected to a Ludlow shooting.

More than 200 people were exiting a river cruise on Saturday around 3 a.m. when shots were fired, police say. It happened in the parking lot of Celebrations Riverboat landing in the 800 block of Elm Street.

A photo of a man was released on Sunday and police believe it may have been taken on the boat. They say the man pictured is not a suspect but they are looking to identify him for questioning.

The victim, 19-year-old Randall Mullins Jr., was taken to University of Cincinnati Medical Center. Police said he is in critical condition and was undergoing a second surgery on Sunday.

Mullins and the suspect got into a fight while the boat was on the river, police said. The captain reportedly docked in Cincinnati and had the suspect removed. An hour later, the suspect was at Celebrations and confronted Mullins as he disembarked the boat, according to authorities. Mullins was then shot multiple times with a handgun.

Police said investigators are continuing to search for a suspect and ask anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers or Ludlow Police.
