Recipe: Bourbon Bacon Cheddar
Cheese base is going to be 3 ounces of a basic lager mixed with 1 ounce of basic bourbon
Add that to the liner and stir together for 5 seconds
Add 2 small spoonfulls for garlic and 2 ounces of chopped bacon to the base and stir
Add 2.5 ounces of the total 5 ounces of cheese and stir slowly till it start to melt
Then add the remaining 2.5 ounces of cheese and stir till you have the consistency of warm honey
Add roughly .5 ounces of Worcestershire sauce and stir in to the cheese
Lastly top the cheese with finely chopped scallions
Serve with bite size bread, bite size granny smith apples, and chopped celery, carrots, and broccoli
