SPRINGFIELD TWP, OH (FOX19) -

A 23-year-old woman was killed Tuesday after a vehicle overturned on westbound Ronald Reagan Highway.

Emergency crews responded at about 11 a.m. to the accident near the Winton Road exit. Police said the passenger in the vehicle, Felicia Jones of Blue Ash, was ejected and a witness performed CPR at the scene.

Jones was taken to University of Cincinnati Medical Center where she was pronounced dead from her injuries.

The driver of the vehicle, 28-year-old Steven Dorton, was also taken to the hospital with unknown facial injuries, according to police.

The westbound lanes of Ronald Reagan Highway were shut down for about five hours after the accident and have since reopened.

Authorities from Springfield Township say they are continuing to investigate the crash.
