An Anderson Township man has turned himself in to Cincinnati Police after being indicted last Friday on two counts of vehicular homicide in a March accident that killed a 16-year-old boy.

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Larry Molloy had reportedly been negotiating with authorities on a time and location to turn himself in before surrendering at Cincinnati Police Training Academy around 4:15 p.m. According to officials, he will be arraigned Tuesday morning but his attorney may decide not to have him appear in court. If that's the case, Molloy will not appear in court until his first pre-trial date.

Molloy was driving under the influence in excess of 100 miles per hour when he crashed on Interstate 275, prosecutors have said.  Molloy's teenage son and his two friends were also in the Mercedes SUV when Molloy lost control and hit a guardrail near Kellogg Avenue.

Damion Henderson, 16, was ejected from the vehicle and later died at the hospital. Molloy, his son and the other passenger were not injured.
